Return & Refund Policy — NxtLuv

Because our products are intimate, personal-care items, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or buyer's remorse.

We stand behind quality. We will make it right if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@nxtluv.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

We'll review and, at our discretion, send a free replacement or issue a refund — at no cost to you. Approved replacements ship free.

Order changes & cancellations

Most items are prepared and dispatched quickly. We can only accept cancellation or address-change requests within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order is in fulfillment and cannot be changed.

Incorrect shipping addresses

We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details. Packages returned to sender due to a bad address can be reshipped (customer pays reshipment shipping) or refunded minus original shipping costs.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety, used or opened items cannot be returned. Clearance and final-sale items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval.
